About Kevin

Kevin has been around aviation for all of his life, but his passion took off in 2006 when he began using computer flight simulators. With those, he was able to self-teach a lot of the basics behind flying, which led to him stumbling across the flight simulator online community.

Kevin was asked to be a part of the Community Aviation Expert network due to his deep knowledge of ATC communications, PilotEdge live ATC, and home flight simulation hardware and software. He specializes in helping pilots and simmers get the most out of their training environment — from first-time setup to advanced configuration of X-Plane 12, MSFS 2024, and PilotEdge.

Whether you're building your first home simulator, trying to get live ATC working, or want to sharpen your radio communications skills, Kevin is the person to call.
